What Clients Say
Snapped my tibia and fibula while playing football three months ago. Mia was the physio for the game and helped me through the whole ordeal. Her aftercare since has been outstanding with massages and exercises to get me back on track. Thoroughly recommend!

Multiple problems with my left leg and lower back due to ACL and meniscus surgeries and being off balance, so started to go to Mia for help and she has massively helped me out with deep tissue massages and recovery plans for my knee. I’m now in a lot better position since starting to go to Mia for help.

Before & After
Real clients, photographed before and after treatment.
The same client, reaching overhead before and after treatment on the shoulder.
Movement rechecked after a course of treatment and the exercises that went with it.
Skin response straight after a cupping session. The marks are normal and fade over a few days.
Areas Covered
Message me with what is going on and where you are, and I will get back to you. That is the booking. There is no form to fill in twice and nothing to wait for.
Aftercare
Treatment is the smaller half of the job. What you do in the days after it decides how much of the change you keep, and none of it is complicated.
Mild soreness is normal and usually settles within a day or two. Keep moving and train light rather than stopping altogether.
Recovery happens at rest, not in the session. Drink more than usual for the rest of the day and get a proper night's sleep.
Consistency beats intensity every time. A few minutes most days will do more than one hard session at the weekend.
If pain spikes, spreads, or anything simply feels wrong, message me. I would rather hear early than have you wait it out.
Common Questions
Whatever you can move and be assessed in. Shorts with a T-shirt, vest or sports bra all work. You are covered with towels throughout and only the area being worked on is uncovered, so wear what you are comfortable in.
Deep work can be uncomfortable, but never more than you are willing to tolerate, and it does not have to hurt to be effective. Tell me what you are feeling and I will change the pressure. Mild soreness for 24 to 48 hours afterwards is normal.
It depends on what is going on and what you are training for, so you get an honest estimate after the assessment rather than before it. If you know you want a course, hour-long sessions book as a block of five for £230 or ten for £400 (full prices).
No. Sports therapy is a self-referral service, so you can book directly. If something needs your GP or another professional, I will tell you and explain why.
Either. I work mobile and from a clinic in Halesowen. Send me your postcode and I will confirm you are in range; the towns I cover are listed under areas covered.
Let me know as far ahead as you can so the slot can go to someone else. Call 07535 269287 or email mcsportstherapy22@gmail.com.
Anything not covered here, just ask before you book.
